Our Ride Leader rota helps ensure a leader and a second pair of eyes is available for each social ride group throughout the spring and summer.
Early in the season members are asked to select a minimum of two dates when they are available to lead rides. The rota is then published and reminders of dates selected are sent via text message to a member in advance of their ride dates. A member will also be tagged in the facebook group #pinkposts which serves as a further reminder a ride date is approaching.
We actively encourage members to become Ride Leaders and will support you wherever and whenever needed. Ride leader training is delivered at points throughout the season and you’ll find lots of members happy to offer advice and guidance. We also have a Ride Leader Forum Facebook Group for the sharing of ideas, providing feedback, asking questions and discussing routes!
The club can never have too many ride leaders (in fact we simply cannot function without you) so do get in touch
